It's not too hard to shop for the best laptops for Cricut makers; they don't need to be the most expensive or the most powerful, for one thing. However, there are some specific specs you'll need to work well as a Cricut companions.

We're big fans of Cricut, and have extensive experience using most of the brand's devices and have also used its software, Cricut Design space, on a wide range of laptops, so we've got a pretty solid idea of what it takes to make a great laptop for Cricut makers - or, indeed, for users of other digital craft machines. First off, you'll want at least 8GB of RAM and a fairly fast processor to make sure you can use more advanced Cricut features and a quality display to view your work. You'll also probably want a laptop that's accomplished enough to run other design and creative software.
